　　Whether it’s playing in the park, hiking up a mountain, or lying on the beach, people love to spend time outside. Before we head out, we should use some form of sun protection. One popular form is sunscreen, which is usually applied directly to the skin to protect it from the sun’s harmful rays. There are two main types of sunscreen. The first one is physical sunscreen, which is also called mineral sunscreen. It creates a physical barrier between the skin and the sun’s ultraviolet (UV) rays.
