The ocean is full of many eye-catching creatures. From tropical fish with shiny scales to octopuses that can change their color, there is no lack of beautiful sea animals. But such positive qualities are seldom used to describe the blobfish. In fact, this squishy, pink fish is often considered one of the ugliest animals in the ocean. The blobfish first became popular when a photo of one spread across the internet in 2003.
