　　When people watch an orchestra perform, their eyes often focus on the leader who is waving their arms with a baton. Although this person doesn’t play any instrument, he or she is the one who brings the music to life. This leader is the conductor, who plays one of the most important roles in the orchestra. Conductors lead the musicians and help them work together as a team through gestures, facial expressions, and eye contact.
